This location is one hour north of Los Angeles, close to the Highway 5.
This Grand place was built in 1925 as a telephone repeater station, amplifying the signal form Bakersfield to Los Angeles.

The Compound works at best for someone who would like to spent time to focus on their own work and the own person. It’s a perfect place for artists in residence. – For us an “artist” is someone who’s creative in his work! The wide views, the sun, the ravens & honeybees, who are living in the tower, add to the flavor of this unique place. And yes, at night you can hear the coyotes.
