I read this Timothy Ferriss' book - The 4 hour workweek - http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/

Though he is trying to cover all in his book, it is more relevant to 'self employed' and much more to ones who run specialized consultants.  I felt, the book fiercely targets probable BCN users in their profile, outlook and attitude.
